In case, you are not satisfied with the Platform or the Services we provide from the Platform, you can cancel the subscription. Refund will be based on a solid justification which will be validated by our backend team after proper due diligence. We provide transparent pricing on subscriptions and services. Please review the details before buying our subscription and services. All payment and related transaction details are provided to business owners on their dashboard.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Cancellations please write to us at info@dentread.com.

An active Subscription can be canceled at any time. Customers will not be charged for the subsequent monthly cycle. A Service Request can be canceled if the processing hasn’t started by the Dentread Partner Lab or Dentread Partner Radiologists.

REFUND POLICY

It will be our earnest effort to serve our customers with world-class quality at competitive pricing, however, in the rare event that the customer is dissatisfied for a valid reason, we will provide a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the same medium through which the customer has paid Dentread. In case the payment has been made directly to a Dentread Partner, Dentread does not take any responsibility for refunds.
